Warranty

We’re proud to offer industry-leading warranties on all PAX Lab Inc. devices, backed by our customer care and product expert teams. To claim your One Year Ltd Warranty for your JUUL device, please fill out our support request form.

PAX Labs, Inc warrants JUUL against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase at an authorized retailer. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, PAX Labs, Inc will exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product.

Exclusions and Limitations

In some cases, it may be necessary to return your JUUL device to our product experts, the JUUL Care Team prior to receiving a replacement. This is at the discretion of the product experts reviewing your claim.

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PAX Labs Inc. that can be identified by the JUUL trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized JUUL distributor.

This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX Labs Inc.; (c) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; (e) lost or stolen devices.

JUUL Warranty is only serviceable in the US, as JUUL is only available for purchase in the US at this time.

Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. JUUL warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorized retailer. For questions regarding authorized retailers, please contact us.  

Refund Policy

Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.JUULvapor.com. If the tamper proof seal is broken a refund cannot be honored. Devices purchased through an authorized JUUL retailer cannot be refunded by PAX Labs Inc..
